Return Policy

Return Policy aims to provide the best customer service and online shopping experience to our customers. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase we will do all we can to make you a satisfied customer. Please review our return policy prior to placing your order.

Returns are accepted 14 days from your original purchase date for exchange or store credit. Sorry, we do not issue refunds. Make sure your return is post marked within this allotted time frame. Merchandise exchange for size may not be available due to limited quantities. It is unlikely for us to restock items, but occasionally restock may be available. Customer service will provide any information about size availability. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Damage claims must be submitted with 3 days of order delivery.

All sale/clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Undergarments, swimwear, hats, scarves, headbands, and jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygienic precautions.

Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached. Simple Chic Company has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that we determine does not meet these requirements.

Return Procedures

Contact customer service at to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please allow 48 hours for someone to contact and assist you. Return will not be accepted without RMAs and original invoice.
